Is a california model tw identified in the vin? Also, Where is the emissions sticker at? I wonder if one puts a emissions sticker on a non cal bike, you could get it by dmv?

I do believe the Vin will identify a California model. The emissions sticker is on the inside of the aircleaner cover. Gerry
