What are the thoughts on a Midland xtc 100 camera for use when riding?

I have a Go Pro-- works good . A little hard to set up. The video is very good,sound is good too.

My father in-law had a Midland (don't know if its the same one you're looking at) and it was terrible. Short battery life, okay picture, but TERRIBLE sound.



Spring for a GoPro (I have a GoPro Hero 960-cheapest model) or a Contour. You won't be sorry.

That's a great idea! I used to shove my iphone behind my face shield to get vids on my snowmobile. Squished my nose and probably looked dumb to oncoming riders, LOL. I'm going to check out that Miveu.
