That is impressive! What have you had to do with regards to repairs? What kind of maintenance do you do?

I have changed the tyres a couple of times, chains & sprockets too. it began smoking and consuming oil so I changed the piston & rings. That aluminium bush on the cam is an easy fix with a standard bearing, I tried to change the main bearings but couldn't remove the sprocket on the crank, will try some other day. Fork booths, batteries and bulbs like oil are consumables. I love the bike, this year I entered The Paddydakar.

O' did mention the timing chain, brake disk, pads, shoes, header pipe, clutch plates. the exhaust has 2 jubliee clips and 3 coats of paint. Ahh! the joy's of 50 thou.
