I have an 87 with oversized wiseco and exhaust. Had it running perfectly until temps started dropping up here in the northeast. Currently running 122 main on old style. Anyone know the next size larger in terms of the new style carb. Can't find anything larger than 122 for old carbs.

thanks

Also noticed that the piece of plastic inside the needle slide is missing. It is attached to the plastic screw next to the diaphram cover. Anyone know if this makes a difference with the way the carb works. Also wasn't able to get the plastic screw out.

New and old carbs run the same jet series. I expect you can use the #125 from the new carbs. PM your snailmail address and I'll see if I can find my original #125.

I can't access my hotmail account from this wi-fi. I'll email later.

I'll let one of the early carb experts answer your plastic tidbit question.
