Petcock started to leak on this TW’s 4 gallon Clarke after cycling from “On” to “Off”, a perhaps twice a year action. So I disassembled petcock, cleaned O-ring and reinstalled . Has been leak free since which is good since the 2 replacement petcock a ordered from China have never arrived

Looks absolutely superb.
I’m almost afraid to modify mine right now. It’s 2007 and not a scratch on it like new. 😯

CORRECTION: Ooops, just found out Mr.Gizmo's Clarke tank is for a XT500, not a XT350 & thus has some minor differences.
Bike is gradually getting somewhat de-gizmoed simplifying wiring and accessories. Second sets of oil coolers, horns & redundant wiring runs as well as auxilliary cooling fan & shrouding have been deleted as well as large terminal buses. My new LiPo4 battery has dual terminal blocks which provide enough attachment points for + & - accesory connections, don't need 5 per side anymore, nor all the RF shielded wire runs since it no longer is asked to be a Ham radio base.
I am keeping many of Gerry's inventive additions though, nice things like like the spring loaded double jointed shifter.
HAPPY TRAILS FOLKS!
