Lately, I've been having a real tough time getting into Neutral.

Even though my clutch is pulled in, the shifter doesn't want to move UP from first gear. Shifting isn't an issue while driving, only when standing still.

Is there an adjustment that I can do?

I notice a big difference with the oil. It is much more difficult with 20-50, so I have been sticking with 10-40 and the transmission is much smoother altogether.

I think you can make some adjustments at the clutch perch as well as where the cable enters the engine case. Not sure about internally. I'm sure someone will be along soon with a better answer.

It may help for diagnosis: At what lever position does the clutch engage/disengage, i.e. all the in, all the way out or somewhere in between? And is this position different from where it used to be?
