It’s always a good thing to start with the basics in a case like this. To run it needs spark, fuel and compression.

You’ve done a lot of work on the fuel side, have you checked if the petcock flows fuel? Sometimes the screen can get plugged. Is fuel getting into the combustion chamber, is the plug wet or dry?

Have you checked for spark?

Since the bike is so new I wouldn’t immediately suspect compression, but if you are getting spark and fuel it would be good to check it.

it’s likely to be something simple, the bike is pretty new and these bikes are not that complicated. Keep us posted, I’m sure you’ll be able to get it going.

@Dave in WI is right on the money. First, remove the spark plug and visually check for spark when cranking the engine. Second, put your finger over the spark plug hole and crank the engine. You should be able to feel a moderate push on your finger. If both check out ok then it's time to move on to air and fuel. Remove the fuel line from the carb and confirm fuel flow from the petcock. Check your airbox for any blockages, as well. Various animals seem to enjoy making nests in there...

After cranking for a while, pull the spark plug. If it’s not wet with fuel, it’s not getting to the combustion chamber.

You could also try spraying some starting fluid and see if at least will pop off.

Another thing you could try is pouring in just a little gas into the spark plug hole, reinstall the plug and crank it. If it starts for a moment, you know it will run.

if you "cleaned the factory carb why did you replace it ?

did you use a cheap china junk carb they are very hit and miss

Dave has a good idea put a teaspoon of gas (not starter fluid it too volatile and not needed) in the spark plug hole it should run for about 5 seconds but not too much gas

if it does run with the teaspoon of gas test it's carb related usually the pilot jet and or the needle seat assembly or both

Check for spark, fuel ,air. That is the 3 components that make a engine work.

While we haven't heard from Issac since his 4 posts some 6 months ago and I think we may assume he got his TW running last year. However all the above offered help is valid.
