A few days ago, someone posted a pic of the "dashboard" they had designed from (what looked like) a piece of flat bar.
I've been looking for that post but cannot find it and the SEARCH function brings back too many pages to read through all of them...

Anybody remember this one...know where I might find it?

Looks like 1/8th x 1.5 inch aluminum bar. was looking at something similar at Home Depot the other day for ~$13 for a 4 foot long piece: Everbilt 1-1/2 in. x 48 in. Aluminum Flat Bar with 1/8 in. Thick

My bars are fairly crowded, since the PO installed hand-guards and a cross-member...Grewen's "dashboard" is ingenious, as it creates a spot for the RAM mounts which I need for the GoPro remote and my GPS.
Might even put that 12V outlet in there as well....

I've got some 1/8" and 3/16" aluminum that will do just fine...

i believe i used 1.5 in angle to hide the wiring from the front. my newer ones have a volt meter and power point for charging
