New DID VX X-Ring chain 428 X 130. I bought this just to get two links. So it is three links shorter 127 ? counting the one I had to cut to get two. New in the original box.
$70.00 shipped to the lower 48.
I also have a OEM Yamaha 50 tooth rear sprocket with about 100 miles from a 2003 TW no wear you can barley tell it has been ran. $15.00 shipped.

I'll take your chain. How do you want to proceed?

I did the same just as I have advised many here. Bought the 130 plus two additional master links. Cut it down to 122 for stock gears and saved the extras just in case I ever want to play with different sprockets. Smart move in my book!

Hey guys. On a X-ring chain is there any special master link that needs pressing?? Or is it just a standard style master link with the clip??? OMM.

YES to all. The master link should come with any new chain. On O and X ring chains the masters come with their own rings that must be installed and squeezed to get the clip on it.

He just bought sprockets from me and was top notch getting me the payment. Could be something is not working right on one end or the other.

No worries. Just beginning to wonder what to think. The chain is sold to Tom in Wichita.
And Thanks to GaryL for the endorsement. You had it right.

PMs sometimes don't work and computers can be hinky! Those like me who live out in the boonies often don't have reliable internet so I try to give the benefit of doubt. Most of our members are pretty straight up with each other but we never really know.

Thanks to GaryL for the kind words. I was very pleased with my exchange with him. Now all I need is a front sprocket, left side cover gasket, chain breaker tool, make sure of length of chain,,, there will be something I have forgotten. Seems whatever project I attempt, it takes at least three visits to Home Depot, Lowes, or wherever. Sheeesh!!!!
