I bought these off ebay 3 years back. Yes from a chinese supplier ;-)
Afterwards I read that you should use the rox speed which are cut form solid alu VS the cast alu.
But hey, i mounted them already.
Yesterday with the bike stuck in the mud and pulling it out of this puddle,
they finally gave way.
Luckily not during high speed on tarmac.

I thought I share my misfortune to warn others.

I have always been concerned with the cheap china foot pegs as well and while not as critical has handlebar mounts breaking a cast foot peg at the wrong time while standing and perhaps in a critical area like a ledge etc a peg failure could be very dangerous

Wow, thanks for the warning. I've been looking at the Rox brand and they are a little expensive, but it looks like it's worth spending more for quality and safety.
