Hey all. I was wondering if any of you have done any dual-horn setups on your bikes. I was thinking I would like to add another one to my bike to hopefully make my presence a little more known, and so I don't look like such a dork with the dorky sounding horn that is currently on the bike. I thought I saw something like this on the old forum, but I couldn't find it, nor could I find anything on this site. I don't want to do air horns or anything, and I believe I can just piggyback off of the current wiring form the second horn, as it is on my Honda, but I know our bikes are a little anorexic on the power. Anyhow, has anyone done this, and can you kind of steer me in the right direction? I do have a mounting idea for it, and if I do it, I'll share it with you guys, though a lot of you are so much better with fabrication.

Thanks guys,

Dan

Even though they are anorexic, you are only using that power when actually blowing the horn. I see no real issues doing this since 99 times out of a 100 you will probably be moving when you honk
.

Reminds me.. I need a new horn too, think a rock hit mine and it barely honks....

Tdub's dual high-low horn set:

Yes, I replaced the fork boots before riding again. use a horn relay or the contacts in your horn button won't last very long.

Loud horns save lives.
