I have a 2008 TW200. After engine start and warm up, the engine dies as soon as I turn the choke off. Any ideas?

Clogged jet(s). The choke limits the amount of air. If jets are clogged, and you're only getting a small amount of gas, then you need a small amount of air for the bike to run. Look at the pinned thread about TK carb cleaning, you'll be back up and running in no time.
