I ordered a new exhaust gasket for 07' TW-200 and it does not look like what is there. The part number is correct according to several different part lists.

The old "asbestos" gaskets on the header pipe are solid " asbestos" looking like 3/8" thick washers. There are two stacked together.

The new one is metal with a very thin layer of a gasket material on it. It is 3/16" thick and much smaller in diameter that the ones on the header pipe.

Anybody have a clue where this thing I have goes? Is there a heat proof sealer I could put on the old gaskets to seal them?

Part number... 4BE-14613-00

Thanks..............

Got it figured out. I put on my glasses and got out in the sun light. The new "gasket" goes in front of the gasket that comes new with the bike. The bolts did not appear long enough as the gasket was not in the correct position the first time I tried installing. They are and the metal gasket crushes a little as you tighten the bolts. Seals right up.
