I'm a whiz on the old Mikuni carbs, but this flatslide is a bit different. I have 2 2019 TW 200's with less than 300 miles on them. Bikes run good at all elevations from 4500 feet to around 11,000 feet as long as they are on some what level and smooth roads and trails. Once the bikes get on steep grades that are covered in rock or wash board, they lose power and won't hardly run. Hit it and git it is the only way they will run. I pulled the plugs and confirmed they are running way rich and flooding out. Could float bounce cause this or is jetting the issue? Both bikes are doing the same thing.
Thanks in advance.

My owners manual says its a Mikuni 28mm, but you are correct as I just found out. I'll have to research this particular carb as I'm not familiar with it. Mikunis and Amals are more what I am used too.
