The foliage is really starting to pop here. I am hoping to get a good day of riding in, maybe head out with my camera and take some pics. I drive through some nice farm country on my route. I've been wanting to get some pics of old barns along the way.

speaking of foliage..we are having a campout in PA Oct 23-25. This has been an annual event for us going on 30 years. All makes of bikes, its a very loosely organized club. Right on Rt 6 just west of Wyalusing, up in back of Pats Pub. If you look at old posts on ADV rider, you'll see it listed there too. I'll make a separate post on main board since its only a semi-riding event. you can drive a vehicle there.

I come right past your area SP on my way down on 88

The GF and I are headed out today for couple days of riding in the north GA mountains. Leaves just started changing here so I dont think there will be much to see as far as foliage. This is however our first outing since she broke her leg back in February...............keeping my fingers crossed :)

Is the GF riding her own bike? If so keep it slow and enjoy the scenery. Take care.

Yeah she will be on the lowered 06. Since her leg has healed (95%) she wants to ride on her own but is nervous. She has taken it up and down my street but thats it. Its mostly forest service road so should be pretty mellow. Once we complete the 70 mile loop we will see how she feels about some trails. There are a lot in that area.

70 mile loop.
