Shortly after buying this one, I drained and re-filled the forks with new fluid and adjusted the level.
Thing is...I don't remember coming across part #1 in the second photo...the Spring seat.

Now I am still waiting for the stars to align before I can get to installing my new Progressive springs. But will this even be possible if I don't have this elusive spring seat?
Looks like it goes on the top-end of the spring...but that doesn't make sense since that's where the washer/spacer goes.

Absolutely...you've BOTH been a big help.Looking in the manual, their "spring seat" looks as though it's a cupped fitting.
Sure helps to see a real-life exploded diagram!
