It does make the gauges hard to read when there's something on the rack, though. You could mount a Vapor across the tabs and do away with the stockers.



Sort everything out and the stockers could go there as well.

What are you going to carry up there that wouldn't fit in a tank bag or on the back? Where are you going to mount a windshield?
