With a lead acid battery and a full load out of spare gas, tools, food, & emergency gear Betty Boop rolled across the scales at 330 lbs. a few years ago on the cusp of an extended remote ride. Various stock weights have been bandied about over the years by the marketing types but if one accepts the recent claim of 279 lbs then I've asked the old girl to haul an additional 50 lbs.

Doesn't anyone else actually weigh their bike?
I know it entails a little math but you can go ahead and use the wife's bathroom scale. weight_IMGP2307.jpg

If I were too ever want the closest to actual weight I'd get it straight up on the rear wheel (wouldn't be too difficult if you have reasonable strength & balance) onto a 300lb + scale.
