OK Joe, I'll grant you Argentina has some mighty fine ladies.
But let's talk meat! I ate fantastic beef entrees in Argentina but Brazillian churrascos are hard to beat.
Take your basic 30+ course american buffet as a backdrop to an endless procession to a dozen or more grilled meats carried to your table on swords and sliced off onto your plate until you say "No more!" . Eat a bit while they put sword back on the grill, then they'll bring you something new & slice off something different. Usually at least a dozen different cuts. Amazing how different tasting different parts of a cow are. And of course there is usually chicken, shrimp, lamb, pheasant, sausage and chicken livers in addition to all the beef and occasionally wild meats like tapir or capybara. And when you are not looking they tend to deliver a host of deep fat fried goodies like cheese-balls, onion rings, polenta & fried bananas to your table. Incredible edible variety. b4204c9ee63033be34485bb1e5cfc230.jpg images-3.jpeg the-carnivore-restaurant.jpg images-2.jpeg brazil7.jpg
