I'm new to the forum, and have been very pleased with the info on here!

I have my 87 motor apart to do a reseal job. Just wondering if anyone on here has a source they have used for valve and cylinder work besides the dealer?

Any info is appreciated. I'm not to fond of my local dealer.

Around here (east tn) all the local machine shops are capeable of engine work. There is 1 machine shop I use that specializes in engine building. Ask around local parts stores/garages.

Thanks for the help. Found a local machine shop. Decided I will do the tear down and assembly. Ordered walnut shells today for the media blasting.
