Ultimately the solution is to Fab an ATV rim setup. Though many people have haf auccess that rim is not designed for ATV tires.

For the cost of the tire that blew up you can. Have an atv rim setup fabbed. Then you can run tubeless and it has ahost of other benefits including that the tire doesnt have the potential to injure you when beading it up. Google tire explosions on youtube. It will change the calculus you use to. Make this decision

If there is a way to modify or preferably buy a rim of a different design I would be very interested in going that way. I had enormous trouble getting my Duro to seat, and dont want to go through that again!

I was trying to install a duro atv tire on my stock rear wheel and almost had the bead seated and it blew. Long story short it bent the rim Where it blew off and is not able to be straightened. If anyone has something sitting around and could part with it I would be greatly appreciated so I can get back to riding! I’m sick to my stomach over this.
Is this what you're looking for? When I bought my two well-used TWs last year the previous owner threw in a couple rims. Here's a rear rim he had for an ATV tire he never installed. I don't think I'll ever use it.

While I can't give it away for free, I will entertain any reasonable offers. I'm in Utah so the shipping shouldn't be too bad.
