These Bid rear tires are very tough to break the bead and fix a flat. I use my loading ramp and the wifes VW. After I fixed the hole in the tube I put 32oz of Air Lock tire seal pumped the tire up to 75# and an hour later POW bead on!

I used to make up my own bead lub by mixing cooking oil and dishwashing detergent (50/50). I mounted a 16" truck tire with 15# of air and before I lubricated the beads, I had one up to 115# before it popped.

The pressures sounded extreme to me and I was wondering about tire lube. I keep a bucket of Murphy's

around. A little goes a long way and works great.
