I see the little insert image link 0 but it keeps telling me not allowed when trying to post?



I have a dot mac account ( mobile me ) and that hosts the pictures? or should I use photobucket?

What does the URL look like. I believe it needs to start with http: or https: and end in .jpg or maybe .png ( .gif ?). Some sites with strange characters in the URL or scripting might not work.

i have done this on other forum with no problems...



it just says You are not allowed to use that image extension on this board.

Yeah... no extension after the number. The forum software wouldn't like that.



I just tried to look at that URL, and a script running on the site said my browser is not supported & won't show me an image. It's asking me to log in, or register. Did you make this public? or is it set to private?



In order to work here the site has to give you the image, and only the image when you put the URL in your browser, no border, no background, just the image. No redirect or scripting either.



What forum did it work on? I'd like to see the URL you used there.

The link to the photo must be public, your's looks private. If we need to login to the photosite (ie, have an account) it can't be linked on any forum, let alone here.
