Howdy all. After over 30 years of riding motorcycles, I finally bought my first off road capable motorcycle. Earlier this week I saw a co-worker advertising a 2005 TW200 in great condition with 670 miles for $1600, so I snapped it up. A friend with a Suzuki DRZ 400 who is familiar with local places to ride off road offered to take me on my first trail ride. We rode 60+ miles of trails yesterday through logging trails and Snoqualmie National Forest. I LOVE THIS THING!!! I can't believe I waited until being almost 50 before doing something like this. I'm 6'3" and 250lbs and this little bike held on strong. The low center of gravity and great traction allowed me to tackle some pretty challenging trails

A few pictures from my ride below

Welcome PuertoKid,

No need to block out our license plate. Gov'ment already knows who you are and is watching and tracking you (us) with Satellites, GPS, and nightvision goggles:).

Just kidding, I think?

Looks like you have nice places to ride. Enjoy the TW.

Hey Puertokid, I live in Lynnwood and have a 2001 TW. I would love to check out the snoqualmie place you rode with your co-worker. I have a lot of off road experience and love puttin around in the woods. If you need another TW guy to ride with then let me know.

Just down the I5 Yamaount.
For years we Washingtonians have talked about a summer get together. We need to plan some weekend next spring/summer. I'm thinking the East side in May or June????
