Is there another option for a gas cap?

My lock has been drilled. I don't care if it locks or not. I just don't want to pay $70 for a cap.

Seems like I saw someone with a chrome cap. I'd prefer black but I could always paint it.

XT350, XT600, probably several others fit pre-01 models. Most of these came in locking and non-locking versions over the years.



Possibly TTR's, XT225, etc. for the later ones, but I haven't verrified that.

I haven't verified how good they are yet, but there was a guy selling them on eBay for like $5 + shipping. I need one, so will update when I get it.



Edit: Well CRAP. Looks like they've all been sold. On a semi-related note, does anyone know if the XT350 ignition is the same as the TW's?

yes it is.

just double check for four wires.
