Just wondering whst should i pay to insure one of these. Im just worried about overpaying.

Well when I set up insurance on my TW Farmers only charged me $11.00 a month for liability with a multi car discount.

Good gracious, I'm gettin' ripped off! I pay 400 a year through state farm for full coverage with a multi-car discount and a clean driving record! It must vary from state to state.

$2.49 a month, comprehensive, $100 deductable....State Farm with a multi vehicle discount in colorado....pretty cheap!

do any of these policies include any extra medical insurance? I know if I wrecked my bike, I'd be more worried about me than my bike.

I've heard Michigan is higher than some states. My TW's are $362/yr, no collision - each. The big hitters on my policy is Bodily Injury $100,000 person/$300,000 occurrence ($185) and Medical Payments $100,000 person ($137). My Harley is $475/yr, including 15K collision. I questioned that and they said cruisers are cheaper to insure than dirt bikes. Medical payments on the HD are a lot less than TW.



To save some bucks I only carry comp ($30/yr) on any of the bikes until I call to say I'll be riding and my agent says that's fine. It's sort of a hassle but I can't afford to keep full time insurance on 3 bikes and 6 cars & trucks.

Just got mine last night thru Allstate (Wisconsin). $103.47 a year with the $250 deductible. I do have other insurance thru them as well, so I'm sure there's a discount there. Talk about easy on the pocketbook!!

We're automatically $125/year higher because of the catastrophic claim fee... Mcca or whatever it's called. I'm paying $200/year plpd through progressive.
