Hi, everyone! I've just started riding a TW! This forum has helped me so much getting it running again, so thank you. Anyway, to the matter at hand, the bike has spent almost its entire life in a garage, and has the original tires from 1992 still on it. Bridgestone TW31 and TW32 with exactly 208 miles on them, 178 off-road and the rest on. I know because I bought it with 173 on the odometer and he had never put a liscense plate on it. Since I want more street friendly tires, I'm replacing the tires and tubes (for safety) and thought someone here could use them.

I have no idea what, if anything they are worth, but they look brand new (pics below). Since I don't think they make TW32's anymore, could it be rare? My first question would be, are they even safe anymore?

Hello and welcome! Do everyone a favor and throw the tires right in the dumpster, they would not be safe to run t this point.

Don't know where your at could you stud them for playing on the ice or in the snow? We're not stalkers so you can include your location on your profile page

welcome to the forum! sadly the stock front tires are not safe right from the factory so adding 23 years of life to them won't help either! The rear tires do wear like iron and I wouldn't hesitate to use it on a totally off road ridden TW that would never reach highway speeds (over 35 mph) but there is really no cash value to the tire(s)

Ahh, that's what I figured. Thanks though. Well if anyone wants the back tire I'll give it to them for shipping. By the way, I live in Louisiana, and just haven't gotten to the profile creation yet.

In another question, is the TW34 smoother on road? I'm thinking of the K60 Scout for the front. In my earlier post I said "street friendly" but that doesn't mean I necessarily want something as smooth as the TW204

Oh, cool. Thanks Werloc, I'm glad it will go to someone who will use it. I'll check on the shipping as soon as I get it off the bike in a few days.
