Hello,

I've seen today on the Yamaha website, that the TW200 2013 does have a 28mm Mikuni carb.

-> http://www.yamaha-motor.com/sport/products/modelspecs/10/0/specs.aspx <-

I always though, that the carb is from Teikei.

Here's the part number for the carb: 5FY-14301-10-00

This carb is also used on the bikes from 2001 to 2013.

Can someone send a picture with the newer carb?

What's written on it?

Regards, Sebastian

The Teikei and Mikuni mainjets are not the same, but 2 different Mikuni mainjets (mj) will fit into the Teikei carb.

I think, that I've seen a long time ago (here in the forum) that the Mikuni and the Teikei mj numbers are nearly the same, but not exactly the same.

Teikei are their own outfit. No public relationship with Mikuni. Apparently they do enjoy some sort of joint relationship with Yamaha for the production of carburetors in China:
