WARNING: Vegetarians view at your own risk.

This guy is off the deep end but has some interesting dishes that can inspire you to try something new or give up meat forever.
I might try a few minus the drama and underarm flavored salt. I give you Turkish chef Nurset Gokce.

So next time you’re in Dubai and want a royal meal swing by the Nurs-ret Steakhouse restaurant. It’s the one with nothing but Ferraris in the parking lot ( see minute 4:20 )

No need to go vegetarian fyi, just don't eat toxic, factory raised torture. Fresh organically raised animals on a real farm.

That and roadkill. ;) I just grabbed a fresh young 70 pound male deer; the insides were obviously ruptured, but with careful cutting you can easily salvage the rear legs, (10+ pounds each) and the backstrap for a good ~ 25 pounds. If you're exceptionally resourceful the front legs offer a few strips too. And yet everybody leaves the poor things to rot.....
