The last time I rode one of my TW's was at TW Brian's "Wrench and Race" get together.

I pulled T-2 out of the garage and tried to start it but battery didn't have enough juice in it to fire it up. An attempted swift kick ended in a failure. Then I remembered the compression release I had installed -- first kick and it showed signs of life, second kick and she fired up! To all you guys that weigh in excess of 200 lbs. and claim to have no problem kicking starting the TW this doesn't apply to you. I weigh just shy of 150 lbs. and that compression release makes kick starting the TW duck soup easy.

Anyway, a quick trip up to Skyline Blvd. and a drive-by of Stevens Creek Reservoir on the way home and my riding day was over. Nothing exciting, just a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours.

Sometimes things just need a swift kick. Bet it felt good to get out for a ride.
