Well, sometimes, things just work out.

Waiting on parts to get the TW running like a champ again, and I do some overdue maintenance.

Long ago, the swingarm nipple snapped. Tonight, I tried to fix it, but getting at it was a prick!

I had the extractor in the hole, but couldn't fit anything in there to spin the extractor. Even the mini shifter was too big.

I had a go for a while, then had a revelation; use my custom valve tool!

Success!

Given how many threads there are on issues, I just thought I would share.

Now, why don't the left side indicators flash anymore? They just light up, sans flash.....

Sometime after a member posted using a 'deck screw' as a valve adjustment tool I went to the hardware store and purchased an assortment. With this, I was sure to get the right size "square" and proper length. You were pretty resourceful in applying it to your situation. Gerry
