This Sunday is the super secret VME Vashon Tiddler Tour! The VME or Vintage Motorcycle Enthusiasts host the best events in the northwest including the Bonehead Enduro that I've previously posted about. So, the Tiddler Tour is for 350cc & under bikes and scooters, and as always has an emphasis on the vintage machines. I'm taking the TW as this is a great chance to meet really good guys, see some neat bikes, and cruise around the very interesting Vashon Island. It's also a much smaller crowd than the getting out of control with newer, bigger, louder bikes that overwhelm the Vashon TT of late summer. Here is a short blog post from a previous year with some pics. Below is what crazy British Bob says he is bringing up from Portland. I think the ride starts around 10a, and I know a lot of riders catch the 8ish ferry (bikes jump to the front of the line on WA state ferries!) so they can line up on main street to b.s. and check out all of the bikes. It should be a hoot, I hope to see a few other TWs.
