I would expect this to be limited to TWs, but since it is not (yet), I'll submit my 2018 Yamaha Bolt R-Spec.
It is basically stock, plus LED head light and LED license plate light (tail/brake is factory LED).

542 # wet
64 HP @ 5230 RPM
59 # ft torque at only 3000 RPM
Not particularly fast at 0-60 in 5 seconds (my CB1100 was 3.2 seconds), but scoots along with a top speed of 114 MPH @ 6300 RPM.
Averaging 55.5 MPG
Belt drive eliminates chain servicing.
The torque, color (both "impact blue"), V-twin and mirror vibration very much reminds me of my 2002 H-D Sportster 1200 Sport.
Comfortable seat for 400+ mile days.
Last month it took me to Cedar City, Utah, Duck Creek, Cedar Breaks (10,300 feet elevation) Kanab; Jacob Lake, Arizona and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon on a 2 day trip.

I am just sharing and suggest that you save your votes/likes for TW entries.

At age 75, it may be my last bike (if my wife reads this, she may comment that she has heard that before!)
OTOH, there still may be another XT250 in the future.

I'm sure you folks are all tired of TWs but I'm practically vibrating waiting for my parts to come in off back order, so I dug through the archives.

2007 TW with:
Maxxis 6006 front tire (shame they dont make them anymore... it has a D606 on it now)
Acerbis Rally Pro handguards
Kick start
OEM rear rack
#130 main

My favourite memories on this thing were heading out on the trails with a couple of pals and just... finding stuff. One time we found an old Tonka truck (the metal ones) and a 50 foot electrical cord at an illegal dump site. We tied the Tonka to the TW and just ripped around with it banging off of stuff behind us. It's... really stupid but I always smile when I think about it.

The last one really captures the stupid things I used to attempt on it 🤣
