Oh I hope you do make it Karl. Besides, you have a trophy to pass on. Ha!Watching...
Love to go, but this has been a hard winter. I just today got an appointment with a medical specialist on the 18th, so 10th to 20th might be cutting things too close.
This winter's left me with other things on my mind besides cycles, so I've been a bit distant. Hopefully I can get back in the spirit, a bit...
...oh, yeah. Gotta replace my Death Wing tire. That should have been first priority...but there's still a few weeks...
I am hoping to make this one Moving my things from the east back to WA. As I will bring my Roxor, I can take it on the white rim trail. Although it is sold as an ATV, it has a full plate on it so I won't have any issues with the local gestapo.3/13 updated Post #1 list of who & when.
Sorry Bill Pacific's Buddy. No ATVs or SXSs permitted in CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK's 3 districts which includeds White Rim Trail.
However Park boundary begins a mile or so downriver from Mineral Bottom with a few primative free first come no reseration camps in the Tamarisk at river's edge outside the park.
While no spacific camp location identified so far, the region does have some motor home friendly sites. The accessibility is dependant on your motorhome. We typically select a site with graded but possible rutted or rough graded dirt access roads. Plenty of pavement & comercial sites close, or in Moab.
