you lucky dog ,all i get on my game camera are whitetails ,porcupines, and black bear.no elk in our province just a few moose ,mostly in cape breton island. ihave deer in my back yard most of the time .i feed them bulk truck loads of carrots all fall and just ran out this last week.i don't hunt them here because its fun just having them here to watch. i hunt around 20mi. from home.altho it's tempting sometimes, this year 3bucks,10pt.,6pt.,and a one horn3pt.and 8does the one horn was a spike last year,he must have injured his head or somthing, missing antler on same side two years in a row . it will be interesting next fall to see what he has for grouth on his head.ido have fun practiceing my grunt calls and rattling from my back deck to see how the deer act .

I wish I could sponsor a hunt on the family farm. I've killed 250-300 antlerless a year since '08 and barely made a dent. If landowners would allow I could put 30-40 people in blinds. Limit is 3 antlerless per day. Usually have 3 on the ground within 15 minutes of legal light. One 12-year old girl knocked 3 down in 13 seconds one day.

All we need is an invite.
