I just bought a '05 tw and I love it. The bike is missing the long oil cover bolt. Anyone have a link to where I can buy a replacement? If not, is there a size/spec I could use to get a replacement?

Thanks in advance.

Assume No. 16 here in Partzilla parts schematic.

https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/yamaha/motorcycle/2017/tw200-tw200h1/oil-pump

Partzilla is a good source, also Bike Bandit, Rocky Mountain ATV, etc.
Parts from these diagrams are all OE.

None are Free Ship...and watch the minimum thresholds for free ship, not all are the same!
The parts are generally a little cheaper than from the Yamaha dealer...but you don't pay shipping from dealer.

You're welcome!
Order all the oil-change O-rings while you're at it...

And look at bottom left of this page.
One of the cool things here is the program lists old threads on the same/similar subject.

And here's a great aftermarket accessory page for the T-Dubs.

If you like to fiddle & farkle you'll like it here!

Consider combining with your order some of the expendable, often replaced carb parts too. Saves shipping and good to have needed items on hand. Things like a pilot jet and float valve assembly that often get gummed up.

I just swapped a bunch of Phillips screws for 8mm flange bolts on my cases. There are 2 long bolts (approx 90mm) that hold the starter on. Can any of you decipher which part number I need?
I can order m6 x 90 flange head bolts from ebay, but I want the oem heads to match
