If you want to or need to lose weight, eat only foods that don't taste good. That way, you will eat less.
I've lost 28 lbs in the last 12 weeks limiting my intake of carbs to 20 per day. Now 186. Wow just checked my BMI I'm still obese (30) if I grow one more inch I'll just be overweight. . I guess I'll keep my fat ass on the diet.
Well get back on the wagon ASAP! The longer you wait the harder it is and the more ground you will have to make up.I fell off the wagon a bit. I think I've gained 10 lbs back...
