Mekdads Front Rack=Awesome

After I ordered it, it arrived in 3 days. Solid packaging. Had very good instructions, with pictures for all the normal guys. I'm a perfectionist and can't leave stuff alone. This took absolutely zero tinkering without sloppy hole tolerances. It comes as stated, not painted or coated. Gave it a rub with Flitz polish then a coat of spray wax. Super impressed with it. Found a set of 27"x1" Velcro elastic straps to go with it at the hardware store. Couldn't see more impressed and love the fact that it is removable leaving just the brackets installed.

I haven't installed it yet because I have been trying to figure out

Been trying to order one of these front luggage racks from Mekdad for over a year. I get no response. Hope the guy is ok. One of the best I have ever seen. Mounts above the headlight. Very hard to find one like it.

Different look, but check out (Google) the Manracks front rack. 2 variations of it as well. He's still making these at least.

Thanks. I looked Manracks over, definitely the closest thing I find that is not covering the front headlight. Just like the look of the Mekdads rack a lot more. Keep hoping one will show up one of these days. A buddy of mine has one for his 2 bikes. So temping to make my own with a few changes. Enjoy the ride!
