Hey all. I love this forum and have lurked for years. With all the great tutorials and conversations, I have designed to open up and give a thorough cleaning to the carburetor on my 2006 TW 200. I pulled out the main jet holder, and there wan't any nozzle as indicated in all the pictures, and service manual. I had a shop clean the carb last year ... do you think the kid lost it? It seems to have run fairly well since then, but is finicky after the winter. Will a missing main nozzle screw up performance?

Main jet I'm assuming? I have never tried to run a machine without one installed but a plugged or incorrect size generally has serious indications along with it.

Hoogie514,yes it was the main jet. I'm embarrassed to say that I discovered the main nozzle doesn't normally fall out until you open the vacuum chamber. It was there alright, but I didn't have it drop out until I opened the vacuum chamber and was gently tapping out the float pin. Thanks for the reply anyhow.
