and also added a lockable tool box between the back rack and rear fender

Looking good Ed.

Looks like you made good use of our winter downtime.

I am liking the skid plate and gas tank.

And that is a great idea for a front rack.

Looks like I need to make a couple more. One for T-Bob and one for my "new" 02.

Soon time to get them dirty again.

r80rt you are right dubster should be taking orders and selling these things they are the best design for a front rack with the headlight guard built in and they look great i built mine last summer after dubster let me copy his and i havent had any issues with the design and did i say they look great

I built a small over the light rack for mine, but I really like your design. I think there will be lots of interest in that rack of yours.

Thanks for the complements guys but all I did was design my own after improving on some ideas from elswhere.

Although the rear Cyclerack is the bomb I personally feel the front rack is more show than go and much prefered something above the headlight so I decided to make my own.

I plan on retiring soon and may fill some spare time building a few....who knows?

Trouble is shipping from Canada to the US could be a deal breaker.

In the mean time I plan to make one for my newest TW and a couple more for some local buddies.

If any of you handymen out there want to make your own feel free.It really is a pretty easy job.

What is the saying "plagarism is the finest form of flattery"??

I origionally mocked one up out of aluminium tig wire and then using a 3/8 tube bender and some 3/8 tubing shaped one up and welded it all together.

If anyone wants the dimensions or a close up picture just let me know.Glad to help any way I can.
