So as alot of you know my bike has been broken down from a dropped valve. I found this company just from a google search and noticed they were actually located in Indiana pretty close to where I live. Prices seemed fine, shipping was pretty bad but that seems to be the norm alot of these days. Anyway I ordered August 2nd, it has been 20 days and I'm still waiting on 2!! parts. Parts that were supposedly shipping Friday 13th. Enjoy these emails... Newest first btw...

I apologize for the mis-information from one of our employees. Were having a little bit of trouble with our new accounting software. I'm showing that all but 1 of part 93440-10085-00 CIRCLIP,OUTER, and 1 of part 5H0-11133-11-00 GDE,INTK VLV 1 O/S, were shipped out on the 12th under USPS tracking number 999999999999999. Your two missing parts will be delivered too us and shipped too you today. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and please bear with us during our difficulty with this changeover.

8 days and my order hasn't shipped? Whats the deal?
The last email I sent them was on the 19th yet again asking about the "shipped" parts, and have recieved no reply..
I'm most aggrivated about how long my bike has been down and now I'm starting to lose interest in even riding it again because of this headache. I think I'll go to a dealer tomorrow and see how fast they could get the remaining parts in and fix the head.
Now I understand that these guys are just a middleman, but when a business can't even adhere to their own policies something is definately flawed.
Sorry for the rant but I'm at my wits-end with this...
