My 2006 TW has 181 (relatively easy) miles. Based on broad forum recommendation, I am going to order an o-ring chain--DID 428 130 link. I should be good with the stock sprockets right?

people say to always replace everything at the same time for optimal equipment life, but at only 181 Mi. I really doubt it's necessary to swap everything.
you'll want a much shorter chain though - length for stock sprockets is 122 I believe.
I just replaced mine with an EK o-ring chain. I have about 70 miles on the bike. Swapped in a Duro and needed a longer chain since mine had never even streched in 70 miles. The front and rear sprockets looked like they came out of the package. I think if you do not have any wear you should be fine.
