Gee I wonder if your website will actually have the correct information on whether this equipment is in stock or not... or maybe you'll just take a customers money again with no updates or refunds for a couple months.

That sounds more like an accusation than a question, Blake.

My Dad used to say that the most effective form of advertisement is a grudge.

Well I definitely hold one against motorcycleiD.
Did not enjoy my experience 2/10
Sorry to hear that. I've heard only nice things from you before. You should've sent me a PM. Maybe I could've speed up solving the issue from my end.

I usually hold critical statements of businesses, making sure they have time to correct the problem before making any kind of negative statement. Which is why I didn't reach out, hoping customer service could do right by me after asking for the first order inquiry. If I would have known it would have been drug out that long, I absolutely would have.

However, while I take into consideration the crazy volume of products being facilitated for sale and shipment on a daily basis, a protracted multi-month "in process" order, with multiple calls to customer service ending in "the vendor hasn't shipped any new items and hasn't responded to our inquiries" just seems like nobody really gave a shit, felt like someone reasoning "well it's not motorcycleID's problem if the vendor hasn't given us the product"

I'll never tell a place how to run their business, but when you give someone your hard earned money, I'm ok with logicistic problems and sometimes things not working out, but never offering a refund or providing any kind of update once the vendor stopped responding to inquiries... just sure makes things (by appearance) seem like they were happy to take my money but gave less than a minimal effort to find out what was going on with my order (I had to tell the rep to please inquire) or give me any options to refund.
