i've been very happy with my oem xt225 tank, but they are hard to source at a reasonable price and condition.

more options is always better, especially when clarke is more famous for quality control (or lack there of) than increased capacity.

Hope they can pull through with another (larger as they hope) tank option. One without performing mods like cutting hockey pucks/rubber and molding or cutting the stock seat pan would be a plus. Bolt right on if you will!

Does Procyle actually make/control products? I thought they just resold other brands?

I don't believe they make any parts. They are working with other companies to try and get some more options.

Dumb question, but why does anyone need a larger tank? My lower parts hurt like heck after 15 miles on the stock seat. It would be alright if I didn't keep sliding down and forward and trying to fold the un-foldables.

Not to hijack, but this is my complaint as well. Is there a seat kit or foam that levels out the playing field, so to speak?
I'd be fine with re-using the stock cover.

That’s why old guys ride T-dubs. We’re already numb from the waist down.

I took my Dubby seat to an upholsterer in AZ. For 20 bucks he upgraded the foam, and now my nether region is happier. Got an upholstery shop nearby?

It's physics. If the seat is leaning too much then you need to push it down more. I suggest, eat more donuts.

Most of their stuff is retail, but i also believe ProCycle, at least used to, have some in-house parts.

There was a former forum member, Mr Bracket, that was integral in getting the T-dub into their "worldview" and have such a great product support on their site.

the admiral's son has his old bike, that was a testbed for numerous upgrades.

It's nothing to be concerned about. I thought I was having the same issue. After further inspection with good lighting, it's just heavy wrinkling.... no folds at all.
