Greetings:
New TW200 owner and new member of the Forum.
I live in Central Minnesota. I just sold my 2008 Rokon Trailbreaker to buy my 2006 TW 200.
I bought the Rokon brand new, but only used it for two weekends a year deer hunting. I figured I'd sell it and
get something I could get more off road use out of.
I found the 2006 for sale on Craiglist, it only had 107 miles on it. The guy told me it had been sitting for 3+ years.
It would not run without the choke on, I knew it was just the 3 year old gas that sort of looked like coffee. I didn't really even get to ride it
more than down this guys driveway, but I knew it was a good deal.
I got it for $2200. Took it home and cleaned a pound of rust out of the tank, then tore into the carb, it was all gummed up.
Worked on it for a few hours but, still could not get it to idle. So off it went to the local dealer.
I own 3 other bikes and have always done all my own maintenance work like brake jobs and oil changes, but I'll leave carb work to the pros.
So far, I've ordered a set of brush guards, the bigger foot pegs and some one inch bar risers.
Can't wait to get it back, (Hopefully this Monday) so I can actually ride it.
Talk to ya-all later.
