I dont have the pannier racks so I started a wooden template with some aluminum brackets I had laying around

the original attempt tilted into the tires making my previous tube mod a failure

also had an old waistpack doing nothing so it's now above the headlight strapped around the handlebars and a little two sided tape holds the bottom down

next up...... I found a ladder jack foot laying around and I'm open to Ideas as to fixing the kickstand foot being so low and small.

I question how long that ladder plate and its liddle rubber feet would last on a kickstand. I have a 69 cent solution:

+1 on the big washer, I weleded a 3'' washer to the foot of my stand, it works great.

only things I liked about the plate were it raised the bike a little, and it was just laying around. I'll probably rethink this a bit more. The threaded rod, I used for the boxes, lays across the plastic load pad on the fender. I might put it in a fuel line hose to reduce future body damage and possibbly reduce vibrations.
