Well I am stumped. I just instaled a new Shoai battery and some new turn signals on my 2007 TW and then after checking all the conections proceeded to try and start the engine. All the lights came on much brighter than with the old battery but when I hit the starter button no starter. Well do any of you out there have any ideas as to what I may have overlooked when installing the battery. I may have to recheck all connections and fuses again but I did that twice allready.

Yes checked the kill switch and all the interlocks on the bike.Well I did add the 2" bar riser and protaper bars, so when pulling on some of the wire harness I may have pulled on of the connections loose. Well back out to check it out tomarrow.

well thank you all for your input but I found out it was a dumb mistake on my part by trying to hurry and put the bike back together while it was getting dark out.

What I found was that when putting all the right side controls on the new pro-taper bars I didn't notice that I had caught the wires for the starter and power in between the brake lever clamp so when I tightened the clamp down tight it pinched the wires enough to break them. So that is why I had no power to start the bike. I end up spliceing in some close color matched wires and wrap covering them well to keep out any moisture and put it all back together carefully and now everything is working great.
