turborob won the last contest and he chose, " how about a TW being ridden up a hill".

The same rules apply:

#1. It must be your TW

#2. It must be a recent photo

#3. It must be about the topic picked by the last winner.

#4. It must be a "clean" photo

#5. You can only submit one photo per contest (if you submit more than one, only one will be voted on)

#6. the photo cannot be altered (photoshop)

#7. Have fun

entries will be taken until 5/29/11

darnold has to have something from his trip to Moab!

Also, if you extend it until the 31st, I could drum up a more recent one as I'm going out riding over the holiday weekend, but I won't be back by the 29th. The only one I have is not very recent

Here's my best riding-up-a-hill-pic from Moab... There were so many hill climbs on that trip but not many chances to get pics. This one is coming up an obstacle called "Launch Pad", on a trail called "Golden Spike". It's steep going down, then an immediate steep climb coming back out. I was leaning as far forward as I could and the front tire was still in the air for some of the ascent.

Here's another pic to show steepness of the hill:

Since there are so few entries for this contest I will throw in my little hill climb. Not very radical but it is a fun steep little climb up and out of the river bottom. On another note, I rode my brothers KLX 300 today and I wouldn't trade my tw for it. There is just something about trail riding on a TW that puts a smile on my face.

Boy Darnold, it looks like you might have been close to cutting yourself out of the 'gene pool'
. Yikes, would you have been able to get up that on foot without a rope to pull on? Gerry
