Hey all been checking out the site lots of good info here first post and not sure if this is right spot but a friend of mine has a wrecked tw200 bottomed out on a stump and broke the welds by footpeg on right side it's a 2003 with around 3000 miles on it and I'm debating on picking it up as he is just letting it sit in the garage collecting dust is also got a few missing parts on the swing arm as someone tried to repair but all they did was take it apart and stopped about a 1/4 of the way through so what I'm wondering is what's it worth? Frame looks fixable it's actually a minor break but I'm not sure what a good price is any input is helpful thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum Umbalaahh!

From what you have described, the bike is worth somewhere between $500 and $1,000 if you were to part it out. Depending on how good of a friend he is, I would offer to take it off his hands for about $400 - $600. If the frame is fixable, with a little work you could have a rider for a very reasonable price.

Good luck!

It's fixable. Like TW-Brian says, try to pick it up cheap, it will be a good bike for you.

O and welcome to the forum bro!! :D
