Today I finished installing a Procycle jet kit and wanted to share my experience.
First of all, I'm in Portland Oregon (50' ASL) and the bike is a 2012 TW200 with an FMF Powercore 4 slip on with the 1 1/8" quiet insert (FMF part number 40630), factory air filter (clean), no airbox mods.
I installed the #34 pilot jet that came with the kit, a #130 main jet, and the supplied needle with two washers. I found the air needle to be set at 1 3/4 turns from the factory and left it there.
So far the bike runs AWESOME! It's so much more happy to rev and the butt dyno is very pleased! The plug is turning a nice tan color after a few laps around the neighborhood and I'm going to watch it to make sure it stays that way.
